MRFA is an affiliate of Eswatini Football Association (EFA) which is the governing body of football in Eswatini. MRFA is responsible for regulating, developing and promoting quality football in the Manzini Region.

To be recognized as a sustainable football association of national standards and foster a framework of football development that will bring success for our officials, clubs and players in the Manzini Region.

To regulate, develop, promote and deliver quality football in the Manzini Region through facilitating and ensuring optimum access to sustainable development opportunities and also collaborating with all stakeholders.
